  Hotel is great, I give 5 stars because it was clean and really nice, people are very nice and kind as well. For drinks I also give 5 stars, they are serving only top quality drinks (not local drinks) even if you have all inclusive... Pools are clean and nice, water is worm and half salty, however not very deep 1.5m approx. So basically... everything was great and really cool except FOOD. I give 2 stars only for this... Food is not tasty, not salty and every day same things on the table and 40% of food is frozen and fried, not fresh (chicken nuggets, pizza dough, cheese fingers etc...)... I recommend hotel but they should change their chefs and the menu! Also if you are looking for the beaches and swimming in the sea, avoid whole Island... actually any of the Canarian Islands because beaches are disappointment.

  This is the 3rd time my husband and I have been to this hotel. We love it here love the area and choose this hotel because of the added bonus of all inclusive. All good quality food and drinks with friendly professional staff. The hotel has some special features such as an infinity pool and a restaurant overlooking the sea.Entertainment average, some nights better than others but the day time schedule provides variety for those wanting more than relaxing on one of the many sun beds. No fighting for a sun bed in this hotel. The childrens area looks excellent but obviously we didnt need it for ourselves. There is always some thing you perhaps think could be better where ever you are but hay ho chill out and don't let the small things worry you the good things about this hotel far outweigh any minor niggles.

  Wife and I are here at the moment flying home tomorrow, had a fantastic week here,the hotel is spotless being constantly cleaned, the staff are friendly polite and helpful. Food is excellent with such a wide variety of choices. In other reviews people moan about the silliest of things, but then some are so hard to please. This hotel is well worth a visit and we will be returning.

  Huge hotel with peaceful atmosphere, wonderful gardens all over, perfectly maintained, with several swimming pools incl. fun water slides for kids, numerous restaurants and bars, fitness club, etc. Very clean, the staff - professional and friendly! The only downside - food quality and lack of variety.

  We were here late September 2018 for one week, Grandparents, parents and two small children, 3 and 6. We really enjoyed it here. We barely left the hotel. The food was good, however it does get a bit repetitive, the weather was fantastic, and the service was absolutely spectacular. The staff at this hotel seemed genuinely kind and helpful, from the cleaning to the Riu Club for the children. We would come back any day!
